Welcome to Peace Dale Congregational Church. We are located at 261 Columbia St. in Wakefield, RI. Many of you may know us by our Christmas Bazaar that occurs the first Saturday in December. Due to Covid we were unable to have our beloved Bazaar for the first time for as long as I can remember. This like many others created a loss of funding for our church.
The idea of a Summer Festival evolved to bring us back together with our community. For those familiar with the Bazaar you will see some of the same tables and some new ones as well.
We will have many of the familiar tables for your perusal. The list includes: White elephant, Grandpa’s Attic, Raffle Baskets, Children’s White Elephant, Children’s Games, Craft Vendors, Food, Bake Sale, Music (with open mic), informational tables. Money raised will help us to continue with the many organizations that are in need.
Come enjoy a day of fun and creativity, to gather again as a community. To smile, participate in activities, play in the raffle, or just simply say Hi. We hope to see many new faces along with the wonderful regular members who support our efforts too. I envisioned this outdoor gathering and was excited to begin planning, and now it is here! I encourage you to visit and have fun, and tell your family and friends to come on over too.
