Walking Tour of Wilcox Park

Description

Wilcox Park is a world class arboretum and holds a large variety of tree species.  This tour showcases some of the Master Gardeners favorite trees in the Park.

The Master Gardeners will also tell you a bit about trees - how they grow and reproduce, how to identify some trees.  URI Master Gardeners will lead you around one loop of the Park during the tour.  The tour will begin and end on the park Esplanade at the side entrance of the library.
