From the venue:
Bottega Kids will learn about gratitude, explore self love through affirmations and simple mantras, learn basic yoga poses and sequences, and explore meditation during this 30 minute introductory yoga class. Please bring a water bottle. Yoga mats will be provided but children are welcome to bring their own if they’d like. Parents may drop off or wait in the foyer during class.
